The acquisition of 1228 Leakes Road is Salvo’s first foray into greenfield land subdivision.
The site sits in the future Oakbank precinct structure plan and is opposite the planned Wyndham City Stadium precinct that will hold a new 15,000-seat soccer stadium for A-League side Western United Football Club.
