Timeline of Projects
1990 – Now
1990s – Robust capital and strong focus on partnerships saw the group transform a whole city block in Melbourne’s CBD. An ambitious multistage project of 705 apartments across 3 towers, signature retail and showrooms and an 18 storey commercial tower.
2000’s - The group rebranded to Salvo celebrating the heritage of the company by adopting the name of the founder Mario Salvo. The business again delivered 3 significant residential projects with 616 apartments (check Sol Rio was 81) and strengthened the pipeline for the coming decade.
2010’s – Salvo delivered 1,408 apartments, the highest pool in Victoria, 3,000m2 of retail and 70 place childcare centre and pioneered city changing precincts within two suburbs of Melbourne.
2020s - With a pipeline of over 3,000 apartments, more than 1,500 land lots, and 10,000sqm plus of commercial space, 2020 is the decade Salvo will cement itself as one of the largest developers in the country.
Now Generation Building
Today is not like yesterday. We live differently, we work differently, we shop differently. But our homes have not changed. To be optimal today’s homes must be different. Now Generation is our blueprint for building a better future.
