1990 – Now

Salvo Property

1990's – Robust capital and a strong focus on partnerships saw the group transform an entire city block in Melbourne’s CBD. An ambitious multistage project of 705 apartments across 3 towers, signature retail and showrooms and an 18 storey commercial tower.

2000’s - The group rebranded to Salvo, celebrating the company’s rich heritage and values of founder Mario Salvo. The business again delivered 3 significant residential projects comprising 616 apartments and strengthened the pipeline for the coming decade.

2010’s – Salvo delivered 1,408 apartments (the highest pool in Victoria), 3,000m2 of retail space and a childcare centre, pioneering city changing precincts within two suburbs of Melbourne.

2020’s – With a pipeline of more than 3,000 apartments, 1,500 land lots and 10,000 sqm of commercial space, this decade will cement Salvo as one of the most prominent developers in the country.
